Living Lens Projects

Students contributing to the Living Lens Project are supported through a project-based, integrated curriculum.

Students are challenged to produce products or services that are relevant to a partner client's needs. Instructors strategically facilitate projects to address standards-based curriculum content in each discipline. Projects require students to become experts in the topic at hand and share knowledge and resources between classes, including advising, critiquing and refining their own and each others work to produce accurate, high quality, professional materials.

In addition to being structured around the Project Based Learning model, projects are designed with a focus on fostering five important 21st century skills: persistence, inquiry, communication, creativity, and collaboration.
